 Retrun and shipping policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products to us within 30 days.

How to make a return

1. Email your name and order number to info@calixter.com and describe your case, if you report a damaged product or packaging, it is important that you attach pictures of the box or product.

2. When you have emailed us, we will send you a return slip that you simply stick on your package and hand over to the nearest representative.

3. Remember to pack the goods well in the original packaging and package properly. Attach the packing slip to the package.

4. Attach the return shipping slip clearly visible to the package and do not tape more on the carton than necessary.

5. When we have received your return, we will refund you the corresponding amount/adjust your invoice. The shipping cost of SEK 49-299 remains. Refunds are made within 14 days from when we receive your return. Please note that return with collection by DHL/Bring with larger items may differ in return cost.

Important to think before a return

The products should be packed in undamaged original packaging and packaged well. The product's original packaging must not be used as an outer carton. The product must be packed as it arrived and only taped over the existing tape so that we can reuse the packaging, we thank you for this from an environmental protection aspect. The product must be in unchanged condition and, for example, not assembled if the product you ordered requires assembly. In order to handle your return, we need your name and order number.

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer always have 14 days right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item.

All returns must be sent to our returns address. You as a customer are responsible for the entire shipping cost in the event of an undone purchase.

 

Complaints and wrong deliveries

If, upon receiving your package, you discover that the shipment is visibly damaged in transit, this must be reported immediately to the parcel agent. This applies both to home delivery and when you collect the package yourself from an agent.

If you have received the wrong item, if the item is damaged or if there is any other fault with the item, please contact customer service and send in a picture of the item. We will get back to you as soon as possible to help you further with your case.

If you have chosen invoice as the payment method, please note that it must be paid even if the product is claimed. Any adjustment of the invoice takes place when the case has been handled. If you have received an invoice and want to claim all or part of the order without first paying, please contact Klarna to freeze your invoice, you can do this directly in the Klarna app. State your order number and state that it is a complaint. This is to avoid reminder fees and that the invoice continues in the claim chain.

 

Refund

We will refund your order as soon as it has arrived at our warehouse in Mölndal. Your purchase goes via Klarna, if you want to know more, you can (Click here ››) to read more about how you are refunded.

 

Swapping to another product

If you want to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. To receive your new item, place a new order on our website.

2. Then contact our customer service by email at info@calixter.com to get a prepaid return slip to send back your unwanted item with, remember to state your order number in the email.

3. When we receive your return of the unwanted item, we make an adjustment to your payment corresponding to the amount of the item you returned. If you paid by invoice, we ask you to pause it at Klarna until we have adjusted it.

 

Unclaimed packages

For packages that are not redeemed, Calixter AB reserves the right to invoice the customer for shipping costs, return shipping and handling costs with a total of SEK 299 including VAT. For heavy or bulky goods, costs are also added according to the current shipping table. If you have chosen invoice as the payment option, it is important that you contact Klarna to avoid reminder fees and late payment interest. Any invoice for unclaimed packages is sent through our partner Klarna.
